Randstad Engineering Solutions is seeking qualified Systems Engineers to drive systems engineering activities for an exciting milirary avionics program. This role involves leading the definition and management of system-level requirements, overseeing product integration, and conducting validation and verification activities, including system-level testing, to ensure the integrity and performance of our cutting-edge avionics systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, perform design trade studies, manage configuration control, and contribute to the development of high-quality, innovative aerospace solutions that meet both business and technical customer needs. Required Skills -- Test authoring and test execution

Programing/scripting
Java or Python
Job Duties -- Author test cases, test procedures and test scripts
Support integration of multiple components and products to ensure optimal performance.
Support the management and flow-down of product and system requirements and specifications.
Support validation and verification activities, including system-level testing, to maintain product integrity.
Support requirements definition for modules, components, subcontractors, and partner teams.
Support interfacing between component design and execution teams.
Support Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) metrics and manage risk trade-offs in design.
Support product configuration and control systems.
Stay current with technical advancements and contribute to strategy and policy development.
Use technical expertise for data analysis and decision support.
Communicate complex information clearly and build consensus.
