Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITEwith our client in Grand Rapids, MI. Interested?

Here's what you'd do: Accounts Receivable Associate will help support both Accounts Receivable and Collections functions. Producing and distributing customers' statements (SOA) & invoices, scheduled and ad-hoc. Generating and analyzing AR Aging and past due reports providing customers' status and payment expectations, ensuring the adherence to contractually agreed payment terms. Identifying and resolving incorrect billing issues w/external as we as internal customers (Contracts and OrderAdmin groups) Supporting Sales Tax Compliance Maintain records in compliance with SOX requirements & satisfactory for statutory audits. Contacting customers regarding upcoming due and past due AR balances Prepare Cash Application details and validate the correctness of posting in ERP. Identify and research all cash receipts. Work to meet past due target % commitment.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 6 years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
