Job Title: Welder - All Shifts

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Welders to join our team on all shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for welding steel staircases, railings, and other structural components to buildings. You will perform grinding and repair welds on finished handrails, utilizing hand grinders, polishers, and welding equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for moving and loading products after shipments are completed.

Responsibilities

• Weld steel staircases, railings, and structural components to buildings.

• Grind and perform repair welds on finished handrails.

• Utilize hand grinders and polishers, as well as welding equipment.

• Move and load products after shipments are completed.

• Handle materials such as steel, stainless steel, and occasionally aluminum.

• Read and interpret construction and production blueprints.

• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.

• Ability to read and interpret construction and production blueprints.

• Experience with steel fabrication and structural steel.

• Skilled in using welding fixtures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with aluminum handling is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00
