Pay Rate: $25 - $27/hour

Department: Quality Control

Location: Grand Prairie Texas 75050

Shift: Training on 1st shift (7am - 3:30pm) for 1 month. After training, 2nd shift (4pm - 12:30am) with possible overtime during the week.

We are looking for a Quality Control Technician with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering , previous quality control experience , and manufacturing experience . The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve in a fast-paced production environment.

What’s the Job?

• Perform mechanical and cosmetic inspections of switchgear, switchboards, and power panels.

• Review and apply UL code, city code, NEC, IEEE requirements/specifications (after training).

• Document defective parts and defects in assemblies.

• Communicate issues accurately and in detail.

• Work safely in a fast-paced production environment.

What’s Needed?

• 1 year of mechanical assembly or inspection experience.

• 1 year of electrical assembly/installation or inspection experience.

• Experience with torque mark check methods and standards.

• Ability to read schematics, one-lines, and drawings.

• Proficient with basic hand tools and logging/tracking production data (Excel, SAP, databases).

Preferred but not required:

• Electrical testing experience (1 year).

• Voltage meter experience (2 years).

• Troubleshooting AC/DC circuits (2 years).
