Lockheed Martin Manufacturing Support Team Member / Grand Prairie, TX in Grand Prairie, Texas

Description: Candidate will support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment working with cross-functional teams.

•Troubleshoot items on the shop floor with Supervision, Manufacturing Engineers, and Quality Engineers

•Responsible for maintaining employee skills matrix

•Responsible for chemical cabinet audits, calibrated tools collection and enforcing 6S best practices

•Driving daily completions on the shop floor

•Attend daily/weekly meetings such as Corrective Action Board and Performance Management Teams

Basic Qualifications:

•Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

•Proficient in Microsoft Office

•Manufacturing experience

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Understanding of lean manufacturing techniques

•Promote continuous improvement

Desired Skills:

•Ability to innovate and improve product flow

•Strong computer skills

•Ability to drive Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA)

•Tool design/3D printing

•Manufacturing experience in Printed Wiring Board (PWB), Circuit Card Assembly (CCA), or Cable and Harness Mfg preferred

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
