[Darby Day Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in our Fort Worth Branch. Interested individuals must have a minimum of 3 years of experience selling light industrial staffing services in the DFW market, preferably in Fort Worth.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ]{itemprop="description"}

• Prospecting for new business - in person, over the phone, electronically, and by attending networking events.
• Closing new business. This includes temp, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities.
• Continue growth and development of existing Darby Day accounts.
• Recommendclient changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive landscape.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Works collaboratively with team members to achieve branch and company goals.
• Willingly takes on tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure team success.
• Record all activities in the company ATS - Temp Works Beyond.

Required Experience

• Experience selling skilled trade positions is a plus.
