Express Employment Professionals Outside Sales Representative in Grand Junction, Colorado

Summary:

Responsible for the selling and servicing profitable accounts both new and existing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Conducting business development activities to identify and pursue potential customers for profitable accounts. -Service existing accounts through regular contact and to expand sales. -Learning the products and services and the best way to utilize them for the customer. -Analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions. -Demonstrating technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our products and services. -Help to market the business by attending functions and activities to promote yourself and the company. -Negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers. -Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. -Must be able to travel when necessary - both for sales and shows. -Valid driver license, safe driving record and the ability to drive. Your own reliable vehicle will be necessary.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

-Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and team members. -Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth. -Experience in corrugated box/packaging supply sales is preferred but not required. -Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for you and the company. -Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, costs, proportions, percentages and volume. -Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships with potential clients.

Compensation Package: Base Salary - $40,000.00 p/yr DOE

Commission - 2% of product sales up to $39,999,99 / 3% of product sales over. Potential commission for your first year could be up to $10,000

Monthly Stipend - $600.00 ($7,200.00 annually) for auto allowance/travel/miscellaneous expenses. Company phone provided.

Matching Simple IRA up to 3%.
