JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a passionate, reliable Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor to lead and grow our maintenance department. The role is responsible for managing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company's facilities and fleet. This position's job duties will include maintaining machinery, planning repair activities and developing maintenance procedures.

This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $30.77-$35.57 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record. At least 3 years of experience in supervisory and/or leadership positions combining technical, managerial and financial expertise. Advanced knowledge of equipment repair and general maintenance. Previous experience with labor & budget reporting, as required. Authorized to work in the United States of America. Proficient in the English language.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar field; Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience is highly desired. HVAC or electrical Certification. At least 3 years of experience in electrical controls. At least 3 years of experience in Hydraulic/Mechanical repair.
