We are looking for a full time Dental Receptionist! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will handle a variety of tasks including managing inbound calls, typing, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in dental receptionist duties, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and reporting.

• Be the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience

• Handle inbound calls in a detail oriented and efficient manner

• Use typing skills to record and update client information accurately

• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions

• Carry out receptionist duties, including managing client appointments and inquiries

• Oversee and manage client records and accounts

• Address client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills

• Strong typing skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed

• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle patient inquiries professionalism
