Robert Half Office Assistant in Goose Creek, South Carolina

Description We are seeking a meticulous Office Assistant to join our team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry located in Goose Creek, South Carolina. As an Office Assistant, you will be tasked with various responsibilities including property inspections, maintaining records, addressing customer inquiries, and providing detailed property reports. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with the master covenants and restrictions of Crowfield Plantation and its communities.

• Conduct regular inspections of properties and maintain detailed records of the inspections.

• Research files based on pictures taken during inspections to ensure no violations are missed.

• Follow up on any violations until they are resolved, escalating matters to the Community Manager when necessary.

• Work closely with homeowners to address any violations or complaints.

• Provide detailed reports on specific property addresses when requested.

• Assist other departments when requested by the Community Manager.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member lists by updating the Association Computer Software.

• Prepare and disseminate information for meetings including call to meetings, agendas, and minutes of board meetings.

• Assist in all mass mailings and handle member payments.

• Maintain the company's web page, ensuring all information is up-to-date.

• Use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, proficiently to complete tasks.

Skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Office Functions, Clerical Duties, and handling Multi-line Phone Systems. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook

• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone operations

• Able to perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents

• Experience in handling office functions such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies

• Ability to take and relay phone messages accurately and promptly

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• High level of discretion and judgement

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
