Description
We are partnering with a local organization in search of a Senior Business Analyst. As a Senior Business Analyst, your core duties will involve developing business analysis solutions with a focus on process improvement and technology, managing projects within the Finance division, and facilitating substantial interaction with both business users and the Information Services team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business analysis solutions, emphasizing processes and technology
• Manage small to mid-sized projects within the Finance division
• Facilitate significant interaction with business users and the Information Services team
• Communicate effectively with business teams and senior management to define business requirements, use cases, information models, workflows, test cases, and business cases
• Deliver high-quality solutions and manage medium-to-small Finance projects
• Stay updated with recent technological advancements and suggest measures for enhancement
• Create, maintain, and continuously update process documentation for the team
• Onboard, train, and support Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts
• Develop standardized solutions using skills such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Claim Administration, SAP, SAP Finance, SAP Supply Chain, and Microsoft Azure.
Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Healthcare/NHS industry.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking.
• Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Strong skills in conducting Gap Analysis to identify process improvements.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and documentation.
• Experience in conducting AB Testing to optimize business processes.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for project management.
• Understanding of Business Process Functions within the healthcare industry.
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents.
• Knowledge of Claim Administration processes in the healthcare sector.
• Experience with SAP, specifically SAP Finance and Controlling, for financial management.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Logistics in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for cloud computing services. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
