A day in the life. As our Regional Technical Trainer on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll be responsible for managing the Employee Health & Benefits (EH&B) technical training program for MMA UMW. You'll work closely with the Director of EH&B Operations as well as the Learning & Development team to achieve MMA's strategic learning and development goals. The EH&B Technical Trainer will design, implement & monitor the EH&B technical training program and oversee the implementation of various initiatives. Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: * Bachelor's degree in business or related field required, or minimum of 5 years' of employee benefits experience including systems, compliance, and client service. * Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills. * Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency. * Strong management and demonstrated team-building skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management and peers. * Strong interpersonal and sales related skills in dealing with Producers, Account Executives, carriers and customers. * Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task. * Proficiency in MS office applications required.
