Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join our team in Golden Valley, Minnesota. The role involves managing financial transactions, working with vendors, generating financial reports, and providing administrative support. This position is within the accounting industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including management of accounts payable and receivable.

• Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with the company's accounting policies and procedures.

• Handle foreign currency bill payments.

• Engage with local and international vendors as part of daily operations.

• Generate financial reports using QuickBooks to provide insights into the company's financial health.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Showcase proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft 365 suite, especially Excel and SharePoint.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting.

• Review, document, and assist in the implementation of accounting policies and process improvements.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management to address financial inquiries.

• Manage payroll processes and liaise with benefit providers to keep information up-to-date.

• Provide administrative support as required. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations

• Solid understanding of Bookkeeping principles

• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Month End Close operations

• Knowledge of Payroll processing

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software
