Logical Systems, Inc. Project Manager - Golden in Golden, Colorado

Project Managers are vital in ensuring the success of ongoing projects by utilizing robust principles of project management, finance, business development, communication, and collaboration. They craft project timelines and staffing strategies, monitor project hours and expenditures, oversee the project budget, handle daily project scope activities, assess project outcomes before client handover, and implement LSI's established project methodologies and benchmarks.

Reports To: Operations Director

Job qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing project work plans and revising them to accommodate changing needs.
  • Identifying necessary resources and assigning responsibilities.
  • Managing the daily operational elements of project scope.
  • Ensuring project deliverables are up to standard before client presentation.
  • Applying LSI's methodology effectively and upholding project standards.
  • Preparing for engagement reviews and quality assurance processes.
  • Reducing LSI's risk and exposure on projects.
  • Maintaining complete and current project documentation.
  • Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they progress smoothly according to schedule and budget.
  • Overseeing project budgets, tracking and reporting team hours and expenses as needed.
  • Recognizing revenue appropriately, ensuring invoices are timely and accurate, and monitoring project receivables.

Required Job Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering - Five years of project management experience in an engineering field

Preferred Job Qualifications: - Proficiency in accurately forecasting revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization - Familiarity with project-related legal documentation

Job Title: Project Manager

Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $135,000 (eligible for incentive pay) The salary will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, in addition to internal equity and market data alignment.
