Control Systems Field Engineers are responsible for maintaining automation systems that manage processes or machinery as intended. These engineers service instrumentation, control valves, motors/VFDs, as well as configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to ensure the automation system fulfills user

The current opening is in the Golden, CO area. Additional positions are available in: - Hutchinson, KS - Murray, KY

Reporting to: Operations Director

JOB QUALIFICATIONS Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• PLC and/or DCS configuration
• Organizing project data into spreadsheets and databases
• Developing Human-Machine Interface (HMI) graphics and SCADA configuration
• Configuring historians
• Conducting I/O checkout of installed control systems and documenting results
• Providing post-commissioning support to client operations, engineering, and maintenance staff
• Required travel to client sites. Extensive travel is necessary.
• Offering after-hours telephone support on a rotational basis.

Required Experience -A minimum of 10 years' experience in maintaining automation systems and ensuring continuous production/operations.

Annual Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000 (with available overtime) Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
