Our client is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to join their team. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will be part of the project team supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Continuum-EHR solution. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Solutions Analyst

Location: Remote (with site visits in California)

Pay Range: $62 per hour

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with Project Managers to facilitate workflow workshops and develop documentation for planning and implementation readiness.

• Liaise between users and technical teams to manage requirements and develop test scripts during the implementation phase.

• Coordinate user feedback and manage enhancement requests as part of the maintenance and operations process.

• Perform root cause analyses and collaborate with clinicians to ensure effective training and support.

• Develop and present recommendations/findings to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of progressively complex business systems analyst experience demonstrating strong analytical skills.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution OR 4 additional years of experience.

• 3+ years of experience working as an analyst with an Electronic Health Record System.

• 5+ years of experience working as an IT Analyst in the Healthcare industry with a large healthcare organization (3+ sites).

• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment, utilizing Teams and SharePoint.
