Septic Field Supervisor

We are looking for highly technical and professional Septic Field Supervisor. Looking for experience in septic service and repairs as well as leadership ability. Other requirements include excellent customer service and a proven history of outstanding performance. Must be available to work some nights and weekends on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Have the ability to manage and motivate the field team, while working along side them.

• Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment.

• Provide constructive feedback to the team, to assist in coaching and mentoring for individual growth.

• Assist in logistics of scheduling and assignments of jobs.

• Fill in for the manager or when needed to lead training and meetings.

• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.

• Understand the logistics, parts and materials of sewer systems.

• Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.

• Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement.

• Use sound judgement to work through the troubleshooting and diagnostics of sewer system blockages.

• Operate and maintain camera equipment needed for sewer line tasks.

• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and lead by example

• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle

• Join the on-call rotation.

Job Requirements

• Have 3 plus years experience in underground utilities, or service and repair of septic systems

• Willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education to include a Commercial Driver License (CDL).

• Possess and maintain a valid and clean driver's license

• Desire to serve our customers at the highest level

• Willingness to work overtime and "on call" shifts as needed

• Must be able to lift over fifty pounds
