SEEKING EXPERIENCED MECHANICS!!! Automotive Mechanics are a part of the most important teams in the dealership (THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT)! As an automotive mechanic you will quickly and efficiently perform routine maintenance and identify the cause of breakdown and repair them using the most optimal solutions.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes dealership by presenting professional image, positive attitude, and clean work area.
• Road tests vehicles to ensure repairs are completed properly.
• Suggest additional work that is needed to the Service Advisor so the customer may be notified.
• Completes service and repair assignments correctly, to pass quality inspections or test drives.
• Collects all necessary information before requesting parts (e.g., model year, VIN applications, etc.).
• Maintains sufficient personally-owned tools; keeps tools in good working order.
• Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
• Notifies shop Service Manager and Service Advisors if delays are expected.
• Maintains cleanliness of the customers vehicle.
• Follow procedures to obtain necessary documentation for claims to be submitted.

• Assists other technicians when needed.
