Alaant HR Manager in Glenville, New York

Alaant Workforce Solutions has partnered with a local client to hire an HR Manager.

Hours and Benefits for the HR Manager:

  • Salary $80,000-95,000 / year

  • 100% On-Site

  • Medical / Dental / Vision / PTO and Holidays

Responsibilities for the HR Manager

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters within the operational departments

  • Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts and complaints

  • Guide managers on best practices for performance improvement plans, coaching, and feedback

  • Drive employee recognition initiatives and retention strategies

  • Provide training on conflict resolution, communication, and performance management

  • Partner with hiring managers to lead talent acquisition efforts and oversee onboarding

Requirements for the HR Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management

  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP – HIGHLY DESIRABLE
