Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal in the legal industry, located in GLENVIEW, Illinois. The role involves managing probate cases, preparing necessary documents, and providing excellent client service. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure prompt issuance of Letters of Office through accurate preparation of case opening documents and other related tasks.

• Oversee 5-6 probate cases monthly, managing all aspects of the probate process.

• Apply extensive knowledge of probate law in the preparation of required documents, data compilation, and coordination of case proceedings.

• Conduct comprehensive case management duties, preemptively identifying potential issues, and taking proactive steps to prevent process bottlenecks.

• Keep abreast of changes to probate law and legal processes that may impact day-to-day operations.

• Collaborate with a dynamic legal team to ensure a smooth process, providing support to attorneys as needed, and delivering excellent service to clients.

• Utilize skills in Probate, Probate Law, Probate & Estate Administration, Case Management, and Estate Planning for effective case handling. Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in Probate Law, capable of applying its concepts in day-to-day tasks

• Expertise in Probate & Estate Administration, able to manage and oversee processes effectively

• Strong Case Management skills, able to handle multiple cases simultaneously

• Experienced in Estate Planning, capable of providing advice and crafting strategies for clients
