We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and shipping products efficiently and safely, ensuring that each order is packed correctly to prevent damage during transit. Key Responsibilities:

• Order Preparation: Assemble pallets and boxes according to job orders, ensuring proper packaging for shipment.
• Packing & Crating: Securely place products into boxes and crates to prevent damage during shipping.
• Tool Usage: Utilize basic hand tools as needed for assembly and packaging.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with multiple employees to complete shipping tasks efficiently.
• Equipment Operation:
  • Possible use of an overhead crane.
  • Occasional forklift operation (not a full-time forklift role and not guaranteed).
• Data Entry & Tracking: Perform basic computer navigation and data entry to ensure accurate shipping records.
• Work Environment:
  • Stand for at least 8 hours per day.
  • Routinely lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work overtime as needed to meet shipping deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
