At Hoffman Car Wash we bring a fast, fun, and customer-focused approach to car washing! Our automated car wash tunnel delivers an efficient and high-quality experience, with FREE vacuums to keep every ride looking fresh. We’re looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated Team Leader/Key Holder/Supervisor to help lead our team, ensure smooth operations, and provide top-notch service in our fast-paced, lively environment.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead by example, managing and motivating a dynamic team to achieve daily goals and maintain high service standards.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, ensuring that every customer has a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

• Team Support: Train, guide, and support team members, offering feedback and coaching to improve performance.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the automated car wash tunnel, ensuring the equipment is running smoothly and the facility is clean and well-maintained.

• Opening & Closing: Handle key holder responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and securing the facility.

• Problem Solving: Address any customer or operational concerns quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to service.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety protocols and operational standards are followed by all team members and customers.

• Inventory Management: Keep track of supplies and materials, ordering when necessary.

• Work Environment: Foster a positive, fun, and team-oriented environment where everyone is encouraged to thrive.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced customer service or operations environment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to stay organized and keep operations running smoothly in a busy environment.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Reliable, punctual, and capable of handling key holder responsibilities.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
