ICU/Critical Care RN Opportunity Award-Winning Magnet Hospital Near Albany Position Location: 12801 (Must reside within 30 minutes for call requirements)

Unit Overview: State-of-the-art ICU seeking critical care nurses experienced in managing high-acuity patients. Join our team delivering exceptional care in a supportive environment.

Current Openings:

• Days (7a-7p): 8 positions

• Nights (7p-7a): 8 positions

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:

• 1:1-2 based on acuity

• ECMO: 1:1 assignment

Required Certifications:

• Active NY RN license (BSN preferred)

• BLS/ACLS certification

• PALS certification

• CCRN preferred (required within 2 years)

• Minimum 1 year ICU experience

Call Requirements:

• Call rotation: 1:8 weekdays

• Weekend call: 1:8 rotation

• Holiday call rotation required

Call Compensation:

• On-Call Pay: $4/hour

• Call-Back Rate: Time and a half + $10/hour premium

• Holiday Call-Back: Double time + $15/hour premium

Compensation Package:

• Base Pay: $32.00 - $58.74/hour

• Shift Differentials:

• Nights: 30%

• Weekends: $3/hour

• Critical Care: $2/hour

• Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 for full-time

• CCRN Certification Bonus: $3,000
