TEKsystems Helpdesk Support Technician in GLENDALE HEIGHTS, Illinois
Description
The Helpdesk provides day-to-day remote support to the organization end user laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices and applications. This position interfaces directly with internal customers and various departments, troubleshooting user desktop/mobile device issues to resolution.
This technician will be responsible for all technical support as a member of a 5 person team supporting just under 2,000 end users.
Azure active Directory
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting/PC set up and configuration
Supporting O365 applications with Admin access to build user accounts
Supporting and troubleshooting their internal mobile devices (iPhones & Androids), iPads and tablets and troubleshooting any issues with those devices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Excellent professional oral, written, and communication skills
Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical users
Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines
Familiar with Windows 10, Windows 11 troubleshooting
Technology stack:
o MaaS360 (iOS management)
o Manage Engine used for desktops (app deployment and security updates)
o SentinelOne desktop security platform
o MSFT products: M365, Azure VDI and AD.
o FreshService ticketing system
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00
