Actalent Product Support Specialist in Glendale, California

Job Title: Product Support SpecialistJob Description

Provide technical support to perform sales and applications engineering by answering technical inquiries from engineers and designers globally. Support the implementation of next-generation interconnect solutions and manage a large base of existing product lines. Learn the technical requirements of high-reliability interconnection systems, including military standard-type cylindrical and rectangular connectors, connector accessories, conduit assemblies, cable assemblies, and/or wire harnesses. Collaborate with customers on technical questions, assist them in solving their interconnection challenges, and set up new build-to-order production packages. Read blueprints, and customer proposals, and interact with design and other engineering departments to address customer queries.
