• All Trades ? $500 for a Journey Level - All Trades

Pay rate is $30/hr - $35/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

• Build and repair structures using concrete blocks and other masonry materials in a small apartment complex.

• Take accurate measurements and mark guidelines to ensure structures are leveled, stable, and properly aligned.

• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and lay blocks to form walls, columns, and other structures.

• Use mortar to join blocks together.

• Apply sealants to protect the masonry from weathering.

• Prepare and apply smooth stucco finish to the exterior of the building.

 Qualifications:

• E-Verify: Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial and/or residential construction sites preferred

• In-depth knowledge of building codes and laws in your area

• Have all of the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your job site
