Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator role entails demonstrating proficiency in core job competencies aligned with the USG FAR 52.245-1 requirements for contractors. This involves actively participating in the day-to-day operations related to several of the 10 Government Property Management Outcomes identified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), particularly FAR 45 and 52.245-1.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct inventories and find assets by exception in support of the inventory cycle and customer audits.

  • Work with asset custodians to locate capital assets on demand from accounting.

  • Help with special moves or activities to ensure documentation and paperwork is correct.

  • Assist with asset tagging when volume warrants.

  • Assist in execution of corrective action plans.

  • Actively support the Sites Property Coordinator/Custodian Committee meetings.

  • Assists department junior associates/clerks when needed or prudent.

  • Support internal Tier accountability boards and escalation model/processes, as applicable.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • HS Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Asset Tracking databases, e.g., and/or eQuip a plus.

  • Strong PC skills especially with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
