Express is looking for a foreman to work and manage daily operations in the shop including shipping/receiving. This position is expected to work in the shop drilling and moving utility poles.

Pay:\$25/hr-\$30/hr, BOE

Job Description:\ Responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to

• Reports to the Senior Utility Engineer.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 4-8 employees during the assembly process.
• Assist in fabricating poles using power tools and operate a forklift for moving poles.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings for pole layout, fabrication, and assembly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery logistics with the team.
• Review shipping documents for pole deliveries to customers.
• Organize and manage inventory of poles, accessories, and shop supplies in the yard.
• Maintain company machinery and equipment, keeping accurate records.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize waste.
• Suggest improvements to enhance production efficiency
