Job Description

As a Business Systems Analyst specializing in ERP and WMS with strong SQL skills, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing our enterprise resource planning and warehouse management systems. You will leverage your SQL expertise to ensure data integrity, perform complex data analysis, and support system enhancements. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure these systems effectively support business operations and strategic goals. The pay rate for this position is $41-58 depending on skillset.

Skills and Requirements

o Monitor the performance and functionality of ERP and WMS to ensure they are operating efficiently.

o Identify and troubleshoot system issues, coordinating with IT and vendor support as needed.

o Work with solution designers and technical architects to design and implement system solutions that meet business requirements.

o Participate in system design discussions and architecture reviews to ensure alignment with technology standards.

o Oversee the implementation of system changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

o Perform regular system audits and updates to maintain data integrity and system reliability.

o Utilize SQL to perform complex data queries, analysis, and reporting.

o Develop and maintain SQL scripts to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

o Ensure data accuracy and consistency across ERP and WMS systems.

o Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.

o Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
