Description

We are in search of an Account Manager to join our team in the retail industry, based in Glen Allen, Virginia. As an Associate Delivery Manager, your role will primarily involve reviewing and improving the quality of data deliveries, ensuring accurate billing, and facilitating communication within teams to drive process improvements. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance the quality of client data to meet deliverables

• Oversee data collection schedules to address client data requests

• Conduct thorough quality checks and statistical analysis on data deliverables

• Ensure accuracy in billing through invoice approval

• Facilitate clear and effective communication with Field Operations team regarding new client requests

• Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities

• Manage ad hoc data inquiries initiated by the client

• Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration to increase value proposition

• Oversee data collection methods and frequencies to meet client needs

• Handle other duties as assigned.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

• Strong customer service skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members

• Experience with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to manage timelines effectively to ensure timely delivery of products

• Excellent organizational skills, particularly in file management and document scanning

• Knowledge of shipping functions, including packaging, labeling, and tracking deliveries
