Our client, a dynamic player in the accounting sector, is seeking an Accounting professional to join their team. As an Accounting team member, you will be part of the finance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounting

Location: Gilroy, CA

Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00 Hourly

What's the Job?

• Perform clerical accounting procedures requiring familiarity with accounting practices.

• Prepare and maintain financial and business transaction data, ensuring accurate accounting records.

• Communicate and interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally.

• Track monthly financial reports including vendor managed income contributions.

• Send invoices to vendors or brokers, verify receipt of payments, and follow up on delinquencies.

• Experience in accounting or related fields.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

• Proficiency in data entry and maintenance of financial records.
