Key Responsibilities

Instructional Planning and Delivery:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state and district standards.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of all students.
• Incorporate technology and hands-on activities to enhance learning experiences.

Classroom Management:

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning.
• Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning atmosphere.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Assess student progress through formal and informal assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and growth.
• Provide timely feedback to students and parents regarding academic and behavioral progress.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and coordinate instructional activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to build strong partnerships.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Student Support:

• Address individual student needs by providing additional support and resources.
• Foster a supportive and nurturing environment to promote student's social and emotional development.
• Identify and respond to student's unique learning challenges and collaborate with support staff when necessary.
