What will you be doing?

• Operating CNC machinery to machine parts and components according to company specifications.

• Loading materials, configuring machine settings, and ensuring accurate and efficient operation.

• Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring tools are in good working condition.

• Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality and safety standards; identifying and correcting any issues.

• Following work orders and understanding customer specifications while participating in continuous process improvement.

• Supporting production by assisting with additional tasks as needed and communicating effectively with production support.

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 6 months of experience in CNC operation or related field preferred

• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
