About Us

Ruff Day Vet is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to pets and their owners. We are committed to exceptional service, continuous improvement, and fostering an inclusive environment for all. We're currently in a new services startup phase, offering a unique opportunity for a skilled RVT / LVT / CVT to contribute significantly to our growth, and be a key player in the development of new services.

Position Overview

This dynamic role combines clinical responsibilities with the crucial development and co-creation of new services as our clinic expands its offerings. The position is divided into two phases: a 3-month startup phase focused heavily on service development, and a subsequent maintenance phase.

Phase 1 - Startup (First 3 Months)

During this phase, you will balance direct patient care (50%) with service development responsibilities (50%). This is a critical period for establishing new clinic offerings.

Phase 2 - Maintenance (Post 3 Months)

After the startup phase, the role transitions to full-time patient care (70-85%) and established service management (15-30%), including ongoing refinement of developed services.
