Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the formulation and processing team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety compliance, and a strong understanding of food safety, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Germantown, WI
Pay Range: $20–$23/hr (depending on experience)
What’s the Job?
Formulating products within a process environment by weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials.
Setting up and controlling processes such as blending, drying, fermentation, extraction, and filtration.
Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and food safety standards.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area while following DSM Life Saving Rules.
Safely operating equipment, including forklifts, and handling tasks in cold environments (PPE provided).
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma/GED (Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
At least one year of production or food service experience preferred.
Forklift driver certification and ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
Basic knowledge of food safety and strict adherence to safety policies.
Reliable work history with consistent employment.
