Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our industry-leading team in Germantown, Tennessee. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be primarily responsible for managing and organizing data, processing various transactions, and maintaining accurate records. This role provides you with an opportunity to contribute to our team's efficiency and productivity in a crucial way, offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately key in payables, contracts, and journal entries

• Handle invoicing tasks and process checks

• Distribute reports as needed

• Align and match up paperwork for easy referencing

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management

• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities

• Utilize basic math skills to perform multi-layered calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

• Ensure accurate data entry and customer credit records

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to organize files and manage data efficiently. Requirements

Needing a candidate with a strong 10-key data entry score We will provide an assessment before sending over to client $19/hr

You will be tested on 10 key. We need someone with 13,000 kph or 45 wpm before sending over to client.
