ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Trial Technology Consultant will be responsible for consulting with attorneys on presentation technology and trial-data management in courtrooms and similar settings. They organize and run attorney presentations, and coordinate all systems, databases and equipment related to visual presentation of Ankura’s graphics, deposition videos, and documents at trials, hearings, and focus groups. All of this is done while managing and exceeding client expectations. Trial Technology Consultants organize, coordinate, and administer all resources and activities for projects end-to-end. This is a full-time, exempt position.

Our ideal location is Atlanta, Georgia; however, we are open to other remote locations.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
A BA/BS degree and/or equivalent combination of skills and experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in client service industries required
Ability to work a flexible schedule (non-traditional hours)
Ability to troubleshoot and support PCs, networks, printers and audiovisual equipment
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiar with Adobe Acrobat and video encoders/converters
Strong knowledge of graphic and video file formats
Excellent reliability and timeliness
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Professional attire required
Able to work in constantly changing settings and demonstrate flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
Able to handle high-pressure environment and tight deadlines on occasion
Highly organized, detail oriented, and self-disciplined
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
