Delivery Consultant (Product Owner)

Our flagship solution, REALTY|share, is the only Microsoft 365 document management and portal solution built exclusively for real estate companies helping them fully leverage their investment in the Microsoft platform. The team is primarily remote, meeting on-site once a week in their Sandy Springs office and will involve occasional travel to client sites for training and roll outs.

Position Description:

We are looking for a creative, adaptable, customer-focused, “think-on-your-feet” individual who has the confidence to learn new skills and technologies. Applicant must be able to be able to understand and critically through day-to-day SharePoint issues. The Delivery Consultant is responsible for the successful delivery of client technical solutions. This professional will work both independently and on project teams focused on delivering REALTY|share’s full cycle implementation. There will be

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of the technical implementation projects from analysis through implementation and support.

  • Assist with analysis of the client’s business requirements and identify the necessary transformation based on proposed solution approach.

  • Develop, implement, and troubleshoot REALTY|share solution utilizing Microsoft 365 best practices.

  • Develop, implement, and troubleshoot features utilizing the Power Platform.

  • Analyze and document business requirements.

  • Create project deliverables (e.g., Solution Document Matrix, Administration Training, Quality Assurance Testing, and User Acceptance Testing Support)

  • Investigate, resolve, and respond to issues that arise and suggest solutions / options to management.

  • Continuous process improvement.

  • Promote best practices in terms of deliverables, processes, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Moderate expertise with relevant Microsoft technologies in the marketplace, e.g., M365, SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI)

  • Ability to create basic OOTB SharePoint components such as creating; List, Libraries, Content Types, and configuring SharePoint Permissions.

  • Comfortable with managing and updating the SharePoint Term Store regarding Term Groups and Term Sets.

  • Ability to handle ambiguity without losing focus and can perform with minimal direction.

  • Tremendous interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • Strong skills with Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Hard working with a “Go Get It” attitude.

    Education/Experience

  • 4 year college degree with solid GPA recommended

  • 2-4 years’ experience working in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online
