Responsibilities The Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, in the Administrative Assistant role you will - be go to person for the site leadership team and be a value to their deliverables to the business. Be the specialist who prepares presentations for meetings. Coordinate details for onsite Team meetings and customer visits to include: meals, rooms, travel tours, and activities. On a given day, you may: Coordinate all hands meeting presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Office suite software. Books travel for Department President and other leaders at the site Process expense reports and manages calendars for executive leadership team Coordinate weekly report and other reports Order of office supplies, office mail, restocking supplies for team meetings Order food and coordinate events for the facility Coordinate meetings for Alpharetta and other locations within Protein North America Set-up interviews for positions in the Alpharetta, GA office Help with new hire orientation for the Alpharetta, GA office Requirements for the role Associate Degree required Minimum 5 years' experience in a administrative role supporting a leadership team Must be discrete and able to manage confidential information Must be at or above intermediate skill with MS PowerPoint Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel. Travel & Location 100% in the office. This is NOT a hybrid role.
