Randstad is seeking an experienced Process Technician to optimize injection molding operations. Key duties include setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring product quality. Requires 2+ years of experience, knowledge of thermoplastics, and mold changeovers. Must be able to work in a team oriented environment. This position will not stay open long so if interested ASAP!

salary: $27 - $35 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 7 PM - 7 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment

• Load raw plastic material into machine hoppers and perform changeovers as needed

• Adjust machine controls and settings to achieve optimal cycle times and part quality

• Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet specifications

• Package and prepare finished parts for shipment or further processing

• Perform basic preventive maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on machines

• Maintain accurate production logs and records

• Follow all safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment

• Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to improve processes
