We are currently hiring for a 2nd shift Group Leader position in Georgetown, KY, offering a pay rate of $20-$23 per hour. The work hours are from 4:45 PM to 2:15 AM, with mandatory overtime required. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role and a keen attention to detail to ensure the production of high-quality products. Responsibilities

• Supervisory Responsibilities (40% of the time) 1. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of team leads and team members. Responsible for maintaining staffing levels to efficiently run the operation. Fills in due to employee absences as necessary.

• Involves Team Leaders and Team members to troubleshoot product / process quality issues.

• Ensures production follows proper quality procedures and standards.

• Monitors and administers internal quality corrective actions

• Trains new assembly personnel.

• Implements TPS activities and processes in the facility.

• Continuously seeks opportunities to improve safety, quality and performance.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
