I'm currently looking for a 2nd shift Quality Group Leader for a position in Georgetown, KY! The shift runs from 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM, with a pay range of $20-$22 per hour. Responsibilities

• Supervisory Responsibilities (40% of the time) 1. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of team leads and team members. Responsible for maintaining staffing levels to efficiently run the operation. Fills in due to employee absences as necessary.

• Involves Team Leaders and Team members to troubleshoot product / process quality issues.

• Ensures production follows proper quality procedures and standards.

• Monitors and administers internal quality corrective actions

• Trains new assembly personnel.

• Implements TPS activities and processes in the facility.

• Continuously seeks opportunities to improve safety, quality and performance.

The essential functions of this role include:
