Shipping Coordinator

Responsible for the coordination of workflow between the labeling and shipping departments.

Responsabilities:

• Customer service functions.
• Ensure the accuracy of all outbound shipments.
• Responsible for completing all required documentation. (BOL, Manifests)
• File necessary records.
• Inventory reconciliation.
• Works with confidential information and ensures its confidentiality.
• Communication between truck drivers and forklift drivers.
• Seal trailers after paperwork is checked and accurate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Basic mathmatical skills.
• Basic office skills, computer, telephone, etc.
• Detail oriented.
• Customer Service skills.
• 1-3 years of previous clerical experience along with Distribution and Shipping or Warehousing experience.

Wage range based on skills, abilities and experience from $21-$31.50/hr
