POSITION SUMMARY:

The Nursing Assistant performs various patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary to address the personal need and comfort of patients in an environment that promotes dignity and healing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

Minimum :

High School graduate or equivalent education.

Preferred:

Post secondary education in health or human services .

LICENSE:

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

Minimum:

BLS certifications required through the RQI system during clinical orientation or one week from hire

CPI

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Minimum:

1-2 years customer service and/or health related experience.

SKILLS:

Minimum :

Must demonstrate stronger interpersonal skills, Computer literacy and customer service/patient-centered focus.

Must possess a basic knowledge of healthcare and/or nursing assistant role.

An entry level support role requiring basic skills.

Salary Range: $19.09- $21.08
