  • The rate of pay is $16.51 per hour plus $4.54 health and welfare.

Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday, 8AM - 5PM.

  • Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM.

    Job Summary The Human Resources Associate is responsible for supporting varying functions of the HR department including benefits, staffing, EEO procedures, and policy administration. Under general supervision, the Human Resources Associate will provide administrative support to HR with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Human Resources Associate will have a good knowledge of all specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices are essential. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with ongoing HR audits as directed.

  • Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing and collating.

  • Professionally administer incoming calls ensuring phone calls are handled accordingly.

  • Greet and sign in guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.

  • Will take and retrieve messages for various personnel.

  • Other HR related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

    Experience

  • Minimum of (1) one-year customer service experience.

    Knowledge

  • Principles and practices of customer service.

  • Establish a good working relationship with team members and internal contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall services provided.

  • Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable.

  • Excellent written/oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • General knowledge of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. AAP, OFCCP etc.).

  • Computer proficiency with MS Office, internet search engines and social media.

  • Working knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment.

  • HRIS experience preferred.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
