As a Sr. Reliability Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our products. Leading a team of reliability engineers, you will develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a unified and effective approach. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing product failure data, implementing corrective actions, and conducting rigorous reliability testing to validate and enhance product performance.

You will report directly to our Maintenance Superintendent and you’ll work out of our Geismar, LA location. In this role, you will impact the overall reliability and performance of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the success of our organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with a team of reliability engineers to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of products.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Analyze product failure data, implement corrective actions, and conduct reliability testing to validate and enhance product performance.

  • Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the reliability engineering team and other stakeholders.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or a similar role.

  • Knowledge of reliability engineering principles, tools, and techniques.
