Walkers Emborrar Solutions LLC, 700 Silver Pine Circle, Apt. 7, Garylord, MI 49735 is seeking 200 temporary, full-time production worker helpers to work at 1782 O'Rourke Blvd, Gaylord, MI 49735 from 04/01/2025 to 01/1/2026 for $21.33/hour. Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised wage rate due to experience or merit.
Duties include: Load and unload clothing from printing machines, conveyors, and conveyances. Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators. Place clothing in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping. Examine clothing to verify conformance to quality standards. Start machines or equipment to begin production processes. Remove products, machine attachments, or waste material from machines. Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items manually. Transfer finished products, raw materials, tools, or equipment between storage and work areas of plants and warehouses, by hand or using hand trucks or powered lift trucks. Pack clothing neatly into shipping containers and label for shipping. Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
No minimum education required. On-the-job training will be provided to the worker. Workdays are Monday through Sunday, 6:00am-5:30pm. Workers will be assigned to rotating days off per week. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. Overtime rate is $32.00.
The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due and pay weekly by check. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. Any advances will be deducted with the consent of the employee. The employer will provide housing as an option to the employees. Employees who elect to live in the housing will have an additional $125.00 deducted per weekly paycheck for rent and utilities. The employer will provide daily transportation to and from the worksite and will deduct $40.00 per weekly paycheck. The worker will be reimbursed for transportation and subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, in the first workweek at a rate of a minimum of $15.88 per day to a maximum of $59.00 per day with documentation of actual expenses. The employer will provide or pay for the worker's cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed before 01/01/2026.The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). The employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities. The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
