Best Western Housekeeping and Front Desk in Gaylord, Michigan

Best Western of Gaylord is looking to fill multiple openings. Current open positions are Housekeeping and Front Desk.

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

  • Keep storage areas/carts well-stocked and clean
  • Clean rooms, hallways and other areas
  • Remove all trash and replenish stock in room
  • Vacuum/mop assigned areas
  • Replace guest room amenities and supplies in correct quantities,
  • Dust and clean markings from walls
  • Comply with quality expectations and standards
  • Perform all work assigned according to hotel policies.
  • Weekend Availability Required

Front Desk Responsibilities:

  • Greet, register and assign rooms to guests
  • Issue room keys
  • Make and confirm reservations
  • Verify customers' payment for the accommodation
  • Keep records of room availability
  • Review accounts and charges with guests during the check out process
  • Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services and guest registration
