We are seeking an experienced, people-focused Senior Partner Resources Coordinator to join our team in Gaston, SC. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional ready to make an impact by supporting our partners and creating a positive workplace environment. You will handle various HR functions and partner engagement and provide hands-on support to help our team members thrive.

As a sr. partner resources coordinator , you will…

  • Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution

  • Guide HR policies, employee relations, and workplace practices

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating interviews, orientations, and training for new hires.

  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities

  • Monitor and maintain HR records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations

  • Collaborate with managers to address performance concerns, support development plans, and help foster a positive workplace culture

  • Track attendance, manage payroll documentation, and handle leave and benefits administration

  • Assist in implementing safety programs and health protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all partners

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, ideally within a fast-paced environment

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, payroll systems (SPH), and compliance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building solid relationships across all levels of the organization

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • SHRM - CP Preferred

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate
