The Feed Mill Job responsibilities include assisting in the management of the mill and feed supplies in the process of storing, mixing, and delivering the feed to pigs.  As needed, help clean facilities, assist moving animals between buildings.  Learn basic operations of other barns to help with chores as needed.  May help weight, sort and load pigs for market or private pick up.

Skills desired: Experience with routine preventative tasks of equipment and vehicles. Assist in repair and maintenance of projects with staff.  All necessary training will be provided on the job.  Attention to detail is essential for ensuring the safety of our product and the health of the animals.   

Schedule: Full time position, 40 hr./week.  Workdays are typically an eight (8) hour day.  Working weekends are required every 5^th^ weekend.  Starting wage is $19.00-$22.00/ hr. DOE.  After 6 months, you get a half of pig cut and wrapped. After a year, 2 weeks paid vacation.  Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.   Must be able to lift 55 lbs.  Be able to work well with animals and as a team.
